The 200W motor provides electric filling operation without manual cranking. The speed knob allows the operator to adjust the filling pace for different meat mixtures, sausage casing sizes, and batch preparation needs.
The control panel includes a direction switch, speed knob, speed controller switch, pedal socket, and power socket. This setup helps control piston direction, adjust stuffing speed, and connect the foot pedal for easier operation during sausage filling.
